You may book your accommodation requirements during the registration process or by contacting Disability Employment Australia on 03 8676 0353. Registrations will open late February 2012.

Grand Hyatt Melbourne

The conference venue offers over 500 newly renovated rooms and suites along with gym, health spa, restaurants and other services you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

Accommodation payment
A credit card is required to hold all accommodation bookings. In order to book accommodation, guests must also register for the Conference.
Delegates have the option to pre-pay for their accommodation and breakfast or settle their account at their relevant hotel on checkout.
All hotels reserve the right to charge one night’s accommodation charge to your credit card as a deposit.
Change of Reservation
Should you wish to change your accommodation booking after it has been made, please notify Disability Employment Australia in writing (info@disabilityemployment.org.au), not your selected hotel.
Cancellations
Notification of accommodation cancellation must be received by Disability Employment Australia in writing at least 15 days prior to booking commencement date otherwise the hotels reserve the right to charge one night’s accommodation to your credit card.
Cancellations received within 4 days prior to arrival, the hotels reserve the right to charge 100% cancellation fee. Disability Employment Australia will do everything in its power to negotiate cancellation charges based on individual circumstances however cannot guarantee the waiving of these fees.
Check In/Check Out Times
The standard check in time at hotels is 2:00pm onwards. The standard check out time is 10:00am.
