Exclusive Host of Conference Dinner ($7,500 GST Incl)
- Promoted as sponsor with name and logo featured on conference program and on holding slides during the conference.
- One Exhibition Display in prime position (display number 6 - see floor plan further down this page).
- Two complimentary registrations (including two complimentary tickets to the Welcome Reception).
- Exclusive signage rights at the Conference Dinner.
- Opportunity to place promotional items at the dinner (pens, key rings etc).
- Four complimentary tickets to the conference dinner.

Conference Coffee Cart Sponsor ($4,500 GST Incl)
- One Exhibition Display next to Coffee Cart (display number 9 - see floor plan further down this page).
- Opportunity to place advertising on Coffee Cart (subject to pre approval).
- Promoted as a sponsor with name and logo featured in conference program and on holding slides during the conference.
- One Editorial in a pre-conference e-newsletter (80-100 words, 1 image or logo), subject to approval.

Conference Morning Tea Sponsor - Wed 8 August ($2,300 GST Incl)
- Sponsorship announced by Conference MC preceding the morning tea
- Promoted as sponsor with name and logo featured on conference holding slides preceding the morning tea
- Opportunity to place promotional signage in foyer for the duration of the morning tea (subject to pre approval)
- 2 X Dinner tickets
- 1 X complimentary attendance for Wednesday 8 August (Welcome Reception tickets and day passes for Thursday would need to be purchased separately if required)
- Recognition of sponsorship with logo and link to selected website featured on the conference website
- Acknowledgment of sponsorship with a full colour corporate logo included in a single issue of the conference e-bulletin

Conference Pen Sponsor ($1,500 each GST Incl)
- Exclusive rights for company logo to appear on the Conference Pen.

Conference Notepad Sponsor ($1,000 each GST Incl)
- A5 notepad embossed with your logo and placed into Conference satchel.
- Promoted as a sponsor with name and logo featured in conference program and on holding slides during the conference.
- Recognition of sponsorship with logo and link to selected website featured on the conference website.

Satchel Insert Sponsor ($550 each GST Incl)
- Your company brochure or flyer will be included in each conference satchel ensuring direct access to all delegates. PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the sponsor to provide the printed inserts and ensure delivery to the conference venue by Friday 24 June.
Exhibitor Package ($1,400 each GST Incl)
Each Exhibition Display Package consists of the following:
- 1 x trestle table and backboard
- 1 x single power outlet
- One conference satchel and materials per stand
- Name badge for two exhibition stand employees (excludes access to conference sessions)
- Morning/afternoon teas and lunches for exhibition stand employees
- Listing in conference program guide
- Corporate logo and link to selected website featured on the conference website

- One complimentary conference dinner ticket

Cancellation Policy
For cancellation the following applies:
- Two months or more prior to conference - 50% refund.
- Less than two months prior to conference - no refund.
